2 Cups Plain Organic Yogurt
1/3 Cup Fresh BlueBerries
6-Bar Silicon rectangle muffin mold
Combine 1 cup of yogurt and half the blueberries in a blender to form a smoothie. Pour smoothie mix into muffin mold, dividing evenly. Top each mold with of the remaining yogurt and whole blueberries and cover with foil and place in freezer on flat surface for 6 hours.
